Team IB: Teachers, trainees and interns
Our staff is as international as the student body. Currently, we have teachers from five continents: from Australia, US, UK, Germany, Ghana, Albania, India, Taiwan and Syria. The educational standard of our teachers is above average, they participate in IB professional development on a regular basis and their engagement is outstanding.
Our school is a learning hub not only for students, but also for teacher trainees and interns, who join us from all over the world. They get the chance to see the life of an international school and at the same time support us in our daily work.

What teachers say about our school
"My name is Ervin Dauti and I am originally from the seaside city of Vlora, Albania. This is my 9th year teaching IB and I am both a teacher and an artist!
I joined the team of HPC International School last academic year, being the Middle Years Program coordinator and teaching Design, Visual Arts, Personal Project. Coming to HPC International School was a great pleasure. I love working with people of different backgrounds, ages, and cultural origins, and as a teacher, I value my students and appreciate their trust.

What I love about our school:
- Curriculum - Our school implements a challenging curriculum that encourages students to make practical connections between their studies and the real world. We provide quality education, a safe and caring environment.
- Off-campus experiences - Students are given the opportunity to learn in a fun way. Many field trips and outdoor activities are organized that allow students hands-on experiences they could not have in the classroom.
- Diversity - The staff and classes are diverse and from all backgrounds.
- Community - The school serves the community. We communicate with parents clearly and frequently about important issues and ask for input before making decisions.
- A positive and very creative atmosphere and the school family where teachers, students, parents and non teaching staff work and grow together!"
